在風機上電之后會先進入自檢狀態,此時指示燈呈綠色并且會閃爍,一般閃爍三次后,如果風機沒有任何問題,指示燈將由綠色閃爍變成綠色常亮,此時我們可以正常操控風機。
After the fan is powered on, it will first enter the self-test state. At this time, the indicator light will be green and flash. Generally, after flashing three times, the indicator light will change from green flashing to green and steady on if there is no problem with the fan. At this time, we can control the fan normally.
如果風機檢測到異常,則會發出警告,此時指示燈會變成黃色閃爍狀態,但風機并不會停機,只是發出警告并激活相應的保護功能。
If the fan detects an abnormality, it will issue a warning. At this time, the indicator light will turn yellow and flash, but the fan will not stop. It will only issue a warning and activate the corresponding protection function.
而當風機檢測到嚴重故障時,指示燈會變成紅色閃爍,此時風機將停止運行。
When the fan detects a serious fault, the indicator light will turn red and flash, and the fan will stop running.
當風機出現警告時,雖然風機不會停機,但依然需要操作人員及時排查問題,避免風機由異常轉為故障,影響現場的生產和使用。
When a fan warning occurs, although the fan will not stop, the operator still needs to troubleshoot the problem in time to prevent the fan from turning abnormal into a failure, which will affect on-site production and use.
當風機處于不同的警告或故障狀態時,指示燈閃爍的次數也不同,我們可以通過數出一個周期內指示燈閃爍的次數來判斷當前的警告和故障信息,對應關系如下
When the fan is in different warning or fault states, the number of times the indicator light flashes is also different. We can determine the current warning and fault information by counting the number of times the indicator light flashes in a cycle. The corresponding relationship is as follows
