現在 我們來演示三相交流風機的接線方式,三相交流電機是一種比較常見的電機,有星形和三角形兩種接法,以R4D310系列其中一款產品為例,黃綠線接地線PE,黑線接三相電源L1藍線接三相電源L2,棕線接三相電源L3,星形接法需要將黃線綠線白線短接在一起。
Now let’s show you. The three-phase AC motor is a relatively common motor, with two connection methods: star and delta. Take one of the R4D310 series products as an example. The yellow and green wires are connected to ground wires PE,
the black wire is connected to the three-phase power supply L1,
the blue wire is connected to the three-phase power supply L2,
the brown wire is connected to the three-phase power supply L3,
the star connection method requires the yellow, green and white wire to be short-circuited together.
三角形接法,需要分別將黑線和黃線短接,
藍線和綠線短接,棕線和白線短接,
注意有些風機400V電壓下不能使用三角形接法以免造成風機的燒毀,具體接線和供電方式可參考規格書。
兩根灰線是熱保護器,top輸出為常閉觸點,當繞組溫度高于top的設定值觸點就會斷開,
當繞組溫度低于top設定值觸點就會閉合,
可以用在風機的控制回路,以在繞組溫度高的時候切斷供電保護風機。
For delta connection, you need to short-circuit the black wire and the yellow wire,
the blue wire and the green wire, and the brown wire and the white wire.
Note that some fans cannot use the triangle connection method under 400V voltage to avoid burning the fan. Please refer to the specification sheet for specific wiring and power supply methods.
The two gray wires are thermal protectors. The top output is a normally closed contact. When the winding temperature is higher than the top set value, the contact will open.
When the winding temperature is lower than the top set value, the contact will close.
It is used in the control loop of the fan to cut off the power supply to protect the fan when the winding temperature is high.
