在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中，部分用戶可能需要同時(shí)接入多臺(tái)風(fēng)機(jī)。每臺(tái)風(fēng)機(jī)分開接線，不僅會(huì)提高成本，還會(huì)讓風(fēng)機(jī)接線及操控變得很繁瑣，而風(fēng)機(jī)控制器可解決上述問(wèn)題。一臺(tái)風(fēng)機(jī)控制器可同時(shí)調(diào)節(jié)多臺(tái)風(fēng)機(jī)，通過(guò)操作顯示屏不僅可實(shí)現(xiàn)任意一臺(tái)風(fēng)機(jī)調(diào)速，還可以實(shí)現(xiàn)風(fēng)機(jī)群控及狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)。

風(fēng)機(jī)控制器操作步驟，

以ebmpapstR3G355-AM14-61風(fēng)機(jī)為例：

接線總共分五步：

Take ebmpapst R3G355-AM14-61 fan as an example:

There are five steps:

第一步：將風(fēng)機(jī)零線和火線接入230V交流電源

Step 1: Connect the zero and fire wires of the fan to the 230V AC power supply.

第二步：將風(fēng)機(jī)RS485通信線通過(guò)適配器插入控制電腦的USB接口

Step 2: Plug the fan RS485 communication cable into the USB port of the control computer via an adapter.

第三步：登錄EC control，將風(fēng)機(jī)物理地址修改成1

Step 3: log into EC control and change the fan physical address to 1.

第四步：操作風(fēng)機(jī)控制器，將IP值設(shè)為0，進(jìn)入設(shè)置界選擇風(fēng)機(jī)數(shù)量為1，此時(shí)即可實(shí)現(xiàn)風(fēng)機(jī)群控功能，調(diào)節(jié)占空比演示調(diào)速過(guò)程。將IP值設(shè)為1，此時(shí)只能控制IP為1的單臺(tái)風(fēng)機(jī)，調(diào)節(jié)占空比演示調(diào)速過(guò)程。（因設(shè)備數(shù)量有限，只操作單臺(tái)風(fēng)機(jī)）

Step 4:Operate the fan controller, set the IP address to 0, and enter the setting interface to select the number of fans as 1. At this time, you can realize the function of group control of fans and adjust the duty cycle to demonstrate the process of speed regulation. Set the IP address to 1,now only a single fan with an IP of 1 can be controlled, adjust the duty cycle to demonstrate the speed control process. (Due to the limited number of devices, only a single fan can be operated)

第五步：點(diǎn)擊風(fēng)機(jī)控制器監(jiān)測(cè)界面可實(shí)時(shí)查看所有風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，綠色表示風(fēng)機(jī)正在運(yùn)行，黃色表示風(fēng)機(jī)停機(jī)，灰色表示風(fēng)機(jī)通信異常，紅色表示風(fēng)機(jī)故障。

Step 5: Click on the fan controller monitoring interface to view all fans operation status in real time. Green indicates that the fan is running. Yellow indicates that the fan is stopped. Gray indicates abnormal fan communication. Red indicates that the fan is faulty.
